Program

Relevance and importance of the conference

The modernization of the pharmaceutical industry is a major priority of Russia's domestic policy. Reducing the share of imported and increasing the share of domestic medicines are strategically important tasks in the regulation of the pharmaceutical market. The localization of pharmaceutical manufacturing in Russia is one of the ways to achieve these objectives.

Despite difficult political and economic circumstances, representatives of foreign pharmaceutical businesses still highly appreciate the prospects and potential of the Russian pharmaceutical market. Moreover, they are actively planning for the further development of their companies in all of Russia's regions.

One of the goals of the conference is to encourage the establishment of a meaningful dialogue between the public and private sectors on the localization of pharmaceutical facilities in Russia, as well as financing for infrastructure projects and the involvement of foreign investors. It also aims to promote the exchange of experience between members of the business community, and help find solutions to modern problems in the industry.

Key topics to be discussed
•Development of local production facilities: the current situation and future prospects. Financial and other support provided by the state to companies that build pharmaceutical facilities in Russia.
•Business planning in the Russian Federation: building your own plant or contract manufacturing? How to find and hold a niche in a constantly growing market?
•Specificities of public procurement in the healthcare sector. Three-stage structure: to be or not to be?
