The XXI annual conference of The Moscow Times newspaper, HR Legal 2017, is a traditional meeting point for professionals, lawyers, representatives of government agencies and HR managers of leading Russian and international companies to share their experience in dealing with labor disputes, to discuss labor legislation innovations, to work through the main issues of interaction with the courts and labor inspections and to analyze the intricacies of labor policy, document management and more.

The event's aim is to promote the coordinated development of the Russian legal system in the field of labor relations in the context of the country's current situation, as well as to try to work together to solve problems that employers face regularly.

At the event you will be able to exchange professional experiences and expert opinions, and also communicate informally with representatives of government agencies, business communities, lawyers and consultants. A special session where representatives of government agencies and leading consultants will discuss the first outcomes of legislative changes in 2016 and early 2017, and tell about expected innovations in labor legislation.

•What did 2016 bring us? How did the main changes in labor legislation which came into force in 2017 affect business and relations between employees and employers? Further plans for industry regulation.
